Nāras Longailendā/ Mermaids in Long Island

22 Jun

Man iet labi. Tikai gribētos, ka vairāk domu  pienāktu no okeāna otras puses. :)

I went to the beach on Saturday, in Long Island, near the ocean. It was a hot day but once the wind takes a run across the big puddle, it blows so strongly that I didn’t even have to sweat. Unfortunately this is the best way not to feel how strong the sun is and I got burned. And you know how cautious I am with the sun – the sunscreen in a thick layer!

The heat continues. Hot weather, occupied mind, active  hands. But I don’t forget – my blog and you. I was standing there, looking across the ocean and I got an unwanted nostalgia. I’m here, you’re there. I came conscientiously, I’m not complaining. I’m doing good. I just would like to receive more thought from the other side of the ocean. Otherwise, I will need to accept what Zane B. said – when you’re doing good, you forget about those who are not aside. And this morning I understood why I suddenly had such a cleaning mood yesterday – I scrubbed not only my room but the entire apartment. Clean the space around you, clean yourself. And the sadness is no longer so close. P.S. I hope you don’t regret now having asked me to become more personal in my posts?! :)
